Oral Presentation Instructions

Presentations should be 15 minutes in length. There will be an additional 5 minutes for questions. Slides should be in widescreen mode with an aspect ratio of 16:9. Please bring your presentation as a powerpoint or PDF file on a flash drive. Please upload it to the laptop in your session room at the beginning of the break before your session.

Poster Instructions

Posters should be no more than 4 feet wide and 3 feet tall. We encourage all poster presenters to create visually striking posters that

• Tell your story in as few words as possible

• Summarize the main results in large font

• Contain interesting visuals such as maps, graphs, photos, infographics, whatever you like!

We will host a poster competition voted on by attendees, so challenge yourself to tell your story in a visually interesting and creative way!
